Continuing with the theme of the month 'BHARAT', BCICAI is bringing you yet another exciting seminar meant as a tribute to the ISRO, the pride of our nation. BCICAI will be collaborating with Muscat chapter to host it as a Joint Seminar.
Perform or perish is Success mantra in today’s Fiercely Competitive world. To perform and grow, one has to learn to work with the ‘What Else Mind set’. One has to learn the art of failing forward by seeing opportunity in every failure and turning failure into knowledge which is instrumental to success. They need to find ways to do more with less i.e try to be more productive with less resources which will help them service and thrive in any situation.
Our speaker for this session, Mr. Manish Advani has spent considerable time in ISRO as part of his various training programs that he conducted for the ISRO staff. But it turned out to be a bigger learning for him as he was amazed by the way ISRO operates - how it gets more done for less. He defines this as the What Else Mindset which ensures ISRO continues to amaze the world with achievements at a fraction of the cost taken by other countries.
